Bybit is seeking a Software Quality Assurance professional in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on reviewing requirements, designing and executing test cases, and developing automation tools to boost testing efficiency.

The candidate should have 3+ years of hands-on software testing experience and strong data processing abilities. Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java is required, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Propose appropriate automation solutions based on product and project characteristics; design and implement automated testing tools to improve testing efficiency.
• Continuously improve existing test strategies to enhance overall testing quality, including process optimization and testing innovations.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the review of product requirements, system design, and code, providing constructive feedback and improvement suggestions.

• Continuously improve existing test strategies to enhance overall testing quality, including but not limited to process optimization, testing innovation, and the introduction of new testing methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in software testing.
• Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Go, or Java, with the ability to develop relevant tools.
• Strong data processing skills; excellent communication, teamwork, and fast‑learning abilities.
• Genuine interest in and sensitivity to emerging technologies and new industry trends is a plus.
• Experience in developing performance testing platforms or chaos engineering platforms is a strong plus.
