Job Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Principal/Senior Business Consultant with expertise in the Deposit/Loan/Treasury/Foreign Exchange domain to join our team. The successful candidate will play a role in providing strategic guidance to clients, leading consulting engagements, and contributing to the development and implementation of banking solutions in the Deposit/ Loan/ Treasury/ Foreign Exchange domain. The ideal candidate should have exposure to the modules in core-banking system such as Deposit/ Loan/ Treasury/ Foreign Exchange, fluent in the Mandarin language and be able to travel.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients in the Deposit/ Loan/ Treasury/ Foreign Exchange domain, understanding their business needs and providing strategic guidance.

Participate in the design and development of innovative solutions for clients in the Deposit/ Loan/ Treasury/ Foreign Exchange domain.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.

Demonstrate deep expertise in Deposit/ Loan/ Treasury/ Foreign Exchange products, processes, central bank regulations, and industry best practices.

Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies in the deposit/loan/Treasury/Foreign Exchange domain.

Manage consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Mentor and guide junior consultants in the deposit/loan/Treasury/Foreign Exchange domain.

Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, including trainings, articles, and presentations.

Qualifications

At least a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Banking, IT/Computer Science or a related field.

Extensive experience of 5-8 years or above in a consulting role with a focus on the Deposit/ Loan/ Treasury/ Foreign Exchange domain.

Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex consulting projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Language proficiency in English is a must and proficiency in Mandarin is a strong added advantage as this role will require frequent communication with stakeholders in Shenzhen.

This role may require the candidate to travel to the project site for project implementation.
