• Lead and manage innovation projects and conduct innovation & breakthrough research on new products and process focusing on Customer Acceptance, Commercial Feasibility, Regulatory and Market Compliance.
  
  

Duties And Responsibilities

General

• Define and champion the strategic vision for product and process innovation, ensuring the organization's sustainability and leadership position in the industry
• Develop and oversee strategies to ensure compliance with country-specific regulatory environments, governing bodies, and industry compliance requirements.
• Lead the exploration and integration of the latest cutting-edge technologies relevant to the industry.
  
  

Business / Operations

• Formulate and implement strategic business plans for product and process innovation and development.
• Spearhead the identification and exploration of opportunities for designing groundbreaking products and processes aligned with the organization's strategic vision.
• Oversee comprehensive analyses to measure product competitiveness and performance, guiding strategic decision-making.
• Cultivate an innovation ecosystem that promotes and accelerates process or product innovation.
• Lead advanced data analysis and interpretation to drive substantial continuous improvement.
• Direct and oversee complex research activities and experiments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Apply deep scientific principles, practices, and findings to lead innovative research and development projects.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators for new products or processes, ensuring alignment with international benchmarks and standards.
• Develop and refine sophisticated methods to evaluate product technical performance, leveraging global R&D methodologies.

Requirements

Education:
