Khalifah Didik Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Principal to lead operations of our TLCP kindergarten network in Malaysia. You will oversee daily centre management, ensure curriculum and teaching standards, and drive student welfare and parent engagement.

Responsibilities include mentoring teachers, managing staffing and events, preparing operational reports, and ensuring compliance with safety, policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 2+ years in a leadership, senior teacher or principal role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités
