Job summary

Khalifah Didik Sdn Bhd operates TLCP-based kindergartens and seeks a dedicated educator to support learning, development and well-being of 4–6 year-olds. The role involves delivering structured lessons, maintaining a clean learning environment and communicating with families.

The successful candidate will prepare materials, monitor attendance, plan weekly activities, and oversee after-school and daycare programs in a supportive classroom setting that reflects Quran and Sunnah values.

Qualifications

• Experience working with early childhood students or similar.
• Ability to communicate with parents and guardians effectively.
• Strong classroom management and safety awareness required.

Responsibilities

• In charge of classes for 4–6 year olds.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress.
• Keep the classroom clean and organized.
• Prepare teaching aids before class.
• Monitor student attendance and daily progress.
• Prepare weekly lesson plans aligned with TLCP.
• Maintain daily reading progress records.
• Ensure children's safety during kindergarten hours.
• Oversee after-school program and daycare activities.

Job description

• -Supporting the mission of The Little Caliphs Program (TLCP) in teaching and learning process which are to instill the love of Islam and knowledge to children and give youth learners a wonderful and effective learning experiences using best practices in early childhood education.
• -Learn, absorb, practice, and share with teachers the spirit and content of the TLCP.
• -In charge of class of 4 or 5 or 6 y/o children.
• -Communicate with the student's parent/guardian.
• -Keeping the classroom always clean, orderly, neat, and tidy.
• -Preparing teaching aids before class
• -Monitor student's attendance.
• -Prepare weekly Lesson Plan as a preparation what to teach in class, according to LC approach.
• -Prepare children's study progress report (reading records) every day.
• -Ensure the safety and well-being students while at the kindergarten premise during the kindergarten session (in class room, toilet, or outside compound).
• -In charge of after school program & daycare.
