Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Experience with Automated Test Equipment for Quality and Reliability testing.
• Strong scripting and programming skills in C, C++, UNIX/Linux, Python.
• Knowledge of semiconductor fundamentals and CMOS circuits.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop high quality and cost effective Test Programs using Automated Test Equipment for package and wafer forms.
• Work with design teams to generate ATPG vectors and test methods.
• Design and implement test hardware such as probe cards, DUT boards and burn-in boards.
• Perform reliability tests and qualification activities for products.
• Analyze test data to correlate lab, ATE, and datasheet results.
• Support NPI startup and high-volume manufacturing deployment.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations to address yield issues per MRB process.
• Aim to reduce test time and costs while improving yields.

As a NPI Test Development Product Engineer, you will be joining a team which is focused on working with state-of-the-art technologies like Carrier Ethernet, PCIe, ASA PHY, NAND FLASH and DDR to develop ATE test programs and perform characterization to ensure timely delivery of products to customer while maintaining high quality and yields. You will be working with design teams to define and develop test methods optimized for test cost and test coverage. You will also be working with engineers in Asia for new product introduction and production support.Key Responsibilities:* Develop high quality and cost effective Test Program using Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) both at package and wafer form.* Work across boundaries with design team to perform ATPG vector generation.* Responsible for test hardware design like probe card, dutboard and burn in board.* Develop and implement universal test method that is standard/common to all products.* Perform characterization across split lots using ATE.* Working with product reliability engineers to define reliability test requirements for individual product and package qualification.* Perform statistical analysis of test data to demonstrate correlation between lab, ATE and datasheet* Support Ops Team on new NPI startup and HVM deployment activity.* Interface with Manufacturing Operations and engineering teams to address low yield issue in alignment with MRB standard process.* Reduce the cost by improving yields and reducing test time.**Requirements/Qualifications:**The ideal candidate should have a good mix of understanding hardware design requirements and Automate Test Equipment and specifically Advantest 93k is a plus.You are encouraged to apply if you could demonstrate some of the qualities listed below:* Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering field.* Microelectronic/Electrical/Computer Engineering fields are preferred.* Good understanding of Automated Test Equipment for Quality and Reliability testing.* Good understanding of semiconductor test methodologies* Strong scripting and programming skills.
