Job Description

Process Development owner at BOPProcess such as Package saw, Laser mark, Solder ball attached - SBA/UBA & EMI, etc.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

1. Define the process window and recipe baseline using JMP DOE approach.
2. Work on problem solving and Root Cause Analysis using methods like 5 whys, DMAIC, 8D.
3. Collaborate with cross-site Package development teams to understand Package Design Rules & Requirements.
4. Ensure smooth transition from development to new product qualification phase.
5. Coordinate with manufacturing process, equipment teams, and cross-site process development teams.
6. Maintain documentation such as SOPs, WIs, FMEAs, OCAP, and Control Plans.
7. Facilitate the handover of processes for new device/product introduction and process technology development.
8. Oversee first article inspection and final approval of new materials/components.
9. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance yield.
10. Ensure process robustness to meet yield and throughput targets.
11. Report non-conformance or customer complaints and lead corrective actions.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Material, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Physics, etc.)

Preferred: Hands-on production line experience, strong project planning skills, quality and urgency focus, good communication and teamwork skills.
