Responsible for data management and systematic backend development, jointly designing and implementing automated data pipelines for extraction, processing, and management.

In this role, you will:

• Drive data governance implementation within the Backend Development organization, leading to the formulation of a Data Quality Management System.
• Document data dictionaries and data lineages to uncover dependencies in development data pipelines and address data quality issues.
• Enhance backend package development efficiency and effectiveness through data visualization and management.
• Perform advanced statistical analysis and analytics to support platform process development, enabling faster time-to-market.
• Become the go-to expert in development data management and analytics.

Your Profile

You are well-suited for this role if you have:

• A PhD, Masters, or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• A strong understanding of semiconductor backend assembly advanced packaging technology development.
• Proficiency in end-to-end data use cases in backend assembly package development, including data engineering, analytics, and governance.
• Hands-on experience with data management and analytics methodologies related to process development.
• Strong accountability, self-initiative, and a proactive attitude.
• Knowledge and experience with Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) technology and solutions.
