About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Principal Consulting Manager, a subject matter expert to lead our recruitment teams across three specialized portfolios:
Retail & Consumer

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Client Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients within the assigned sector.
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand market presence.
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Provide consultative solutions to clients on talent acquisition and workforce planning.
- Team Leadership & Recruitment Strategy
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
- Set KPIs and performance targets, ensuring achievement of hiring and revenue goals.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring high-quality talent delivery.
- Provide market insights and recruitment best practices to the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent supply-demand dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Build a strong network of candidates within the specific industry.
- Manage the P&L of the assigned portfolio, ensuring profitability and cost control.
- Optimize recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and recruitment regulations.
Key Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in any relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing portfolios in Healthcare & Life Sciences, Information & Communication Technology, or Retail & Consumer sectors.
- Strong business development, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
