• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, School Management, or a related field.
• Teaching qualification recognized by the relevant education authority.
• Professional certifications in educational leadership or school administration are an advantage.
• Minimum 5–10 years of teaching & leadership experience in an international school setting.
• Familiarity with educational policies, safeguarding requirements, and school compliance standards.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
