Responsibilities include academic leadership, staff mentoring, student progress monitoring, family engagement, and administrative coordination to support school improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Primary Education or related field is required.
• Valid teaching certification or license as required by local regulations.
• Minimum teaching experience in Primary Education.

Responsibilities

• Academic and Pedagogical Leadership: Design, implement, and oversee the Primary academic program; ensure effective curriculum delivery; promote student-centered teaching; analyze results and plan improvements.
• Teaching Staff Management: Coordinate, mentor, evaluate the Primary teaching team; support ongoing training; lead meetings; participate in recruitment and induction.
• Student Monitoring: Oversee academic, social, and emotional progress; implement support for learners with specific needs; ensure safe, inclusive environment; coordinate wellbeing strategies.
• Family Engagement: Maintain communication with parents; participate in meetings and events; address concerns.
• Administrative Management: Prepare reports; coordinate timetables and assessments; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
