We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team as a Primary Banker 1. This role involves collaborating with colleagues to define, manage, and achieve divisional business targets.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Act as a Branch Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experience by identifying and fulfilling customer needs at first contact.
• Promote digital channels and Life Sign Technology to new and existing bank customers.
• Generate revenue by meeting customer needs for cards, personal loans, balance building, and other retail products.
• Drive referrals for both Advance and Premier customer segments.
• Utilize the customer base to identify opportunities and drive sales.
• Accurately update customer information in the bank's system.
• Ensure compliance with audit, SOX, and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification with 5 credits.
• At least one year of experience in retail banking or financial industry preferred.
• Fluent in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
