We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team as a Primary Banker 1. The role involves working with colleagues to define, manage, and achieve divisional business targets.

Principal Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a Branch Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experience by identifying and fulfilling customer needs at the first point of contact.
  2. Promote digital channels and Life Sign Technology to New to Bank (NTB) or Existing to Bank (ETB) customers.
  3. Generate revenue growth by meeting customer needs for cards, personal loans, balance build, and other retail products.
  4. Drive referrals for both Advance and Premier customer segments.
  5. Utilize the customer base to identify opportunities and drive sales.
  6. Update customer information accurately in the Bank’s system.
  7. Ensure compliance with audit, SOX, and other regulatory requirements.
