We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team in the role of Primary Banker 1 working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

Principal Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a Branch Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experience through identifying and fulfilling customer needs at first point of contact
  2. Promote digital channel and Life Sign Technology to New to Bank (NTB) or Existing to Bank (ETB) customers
  3. Generate revenue growth by meeting customer needs for cards, personal loan, balance build and other retail products
  4. Drive referrals for both Advance and Premier customer segments
  5. Utilise customer base to look for opportunities and drive sales
  6. Update customer’s information accurately in the Bank’s system
  7. Ensure Compliance, Audit, SOX and other regulatory requirements are met
