We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team as a Primary Banker 1, working with colleagues to define, manage, and achieve divisional business targets.

Principal Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a Branch Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experience by identifying and fulfilling customer needs at first contact.
  2. Promote digital channels and Life Sign Technology to New to Bank (NTB) or Existing to Bank (ETB) customers.
  3. Generate revenue growth by meeting customer needs for cards, personal loans, balance build, and other retail products.
  4. Drive referrals for both Advance and Premier customer segments.
  5. Utilize customer base to identify opportunities and drive sales.
  6. Accurately update customer information in the Bank’s system.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Audit, SOX, and others.
