HSBC is seeking an ambitious individual to join their Wealth and Personal Banking team as a Primary Banker 1. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales of banking products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Branch Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experience by identifying and fulfilling customer needs at first contact.
  • Promote digital channels and Life Sign Technology to New to Bank (NTB) or Existing to Bank (ETB) customers.
  • Generate revenue growth by meeting customer needs for cards, personal loans, balance build, and other retail products.
  • Drive referrals for both Advance and Premier customer segments.
  • Utilize the customer base to identify opportunities and drive sales.
  • Update customer information accurately in the Bank’s system.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Audit, SOX, and others.
