We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team as a Primary Banker 1, working with colleagues to define, manage, and achieve divisional business targets.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Act as a Branch Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experience by identifying and fulfilling customer needs at first contact
• Promote digital channels and Life Sign Technology to New to Bank (NTB) or Existing to Bank (ETB) customers
• Generate revenue growth by meeting customer needs for cards, personal loans, balance build, and other retail products
• Drive referrals for both Advance and Premier customer segments
• Utilise customer data to identify opportunities and drive sales
• Update customer information accurately in the bank's system
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Audit, SOX, and others

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification with 5 credits
• At least one (1) year of experience in retail banking or financial industry preferred
• Fluent in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate and operate digital tools and tablets
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
