We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team as a Primary Banker 1. This role involves working collaboratively to define, manage, and achieve divisional business targets.

Principal Responsibilities:

1. Act as a Branch Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experience by identifying and fulfilling customer needs at the first point of contact.
2. Promote digital channels and Life Sign Technology to both New to Bank (NTB) and Existing to Bank (ETB) customers.
3. Generate revenue growth by meeting customer needs for cards, personal loans, balance build, and other retail products.
4. Drive referrals for both the Advance and Premier customer segments.
5. Utilize the customer base to identify opportunities and drive sales.
6. Accurately update customer information in the bank’s system.
7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Audit, SOX, and others.
