We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team as a Primary Banker 1. You will collaborate with colleagues to define, manage, and achieve divisional business targets.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Act as a Branch Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experience by identifying and fulfilling customer needs at first contact.
• Promote digital channels and Life Sign Technology to new and existing customers.
• Generate revenue by meeting customer needs for cards, personal loans, balance build, and other retail products.
• Drive referrals for both Advance and Premier customer segments.
• Utilize customer data to identify opportunities and drive sales.
• Accurately update customer information in the bank’s system.
• Ensure compliance with Audit, SOX, and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification with 5 credits.
• At least one year of experience in retail, banking, or financial industry preferred.
• Fluent in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate digital tools and tablets.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
