We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team as a Primary Banker 1. The role involves working with colleagues to define, manage, and achieve divisional business targets.

Principal Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a Branch Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experience by identifying and fulfilling customer needs at first contact.
  2. Promote digital channels and Life Sign Technology to both New to Bank (NTB) and Existing to Bank (ETB) customers.
  3. Generate revenue growth by meeting customer needs for cards, personal loans, balance build, and other retail products.
  4. Drive referrals for both Advance and Premier customer segments.
  5. Utilize the customer base to identify opportunities and drive sales.
  6. Update customer information accurately in the Bank’s system.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Audit, SOX, and others.
