We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team as a Primary Banker 1. You will work with colleagues to define, manage, and achieve divisional business targets.

Principal Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a Branch Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experience by identifying and fulfilling customer needs at first contact.
  2. Promote digital channels and Life Sign Technology to both New to Bank (NTB) and Existing to Bank (ETB) customers.
  3. Generate revenue growth by meeting customer needs for cards, personal loans, savings, and other retail products.
  4. Drive referrals for both Advance and Premier customer segments.
  5. Utilize the customer base to identify opportunities and drive sales.
  6. Accurately update customer information in the Bank's system.
  7. Ensure compliance with Audit, SOX, and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification with 5 credits.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in retail banking or financial industry preferred.
  • Fluent in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to navigate and operate digital tools and tablets.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
