What you can look forward to as a Pricing Specialist:
- Build new and maintain existing sales price models, review existing revenue streams working with the sales team in preparing price lists for customers and special inquiries.
- Provide data-driven insights, financial projections, and recommendations with detailed review and reporting on a monthly basis.
- Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of currency rate changes, influence sales performance, with a commercial understanding of pricing and margin management activities (raw material risk, conversion cost modeling, FX risk management, margin segmentation).
- Prepare price variation proposals with appropriate strategy and justifying data.
- Stay up to date with industry and competitor trends to enable ZF to grow market share through commercially sound offers or agreements.
- Support the review, analysis, and recommendation of commercial terms for customer contracts; prepare financial reports on margin performance against budgets and forecasts.
Your Profile as a Pricing Specialist:
- Minimum of 5 years of business/commercial experience in the automotive segment.
- Advanced expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience presenting complex information to a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience working with large/complex datasets.
- Ability to analyze the commercial impacts of pricing tactics and understand commercial terms & conditions.
- Distribution, local market, and industry understanding is an advantage.
- Experience with national accounts or tenders.
