Job summary

Prudential Services Asia seeks a Pricing Assistant Manager to support product development and pricing within the takaful framework. You will guide juniors, maintain pricing models, and ensure timely, compliant product launches with strong risk management controls.

The role emphasizes actuarial expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to pricing standards while driving profitability and competitive pricing across distribution channels.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Actuarial Science or related field.
• Progress in actuarial professional examinations (IOA/IOAA/SOA).
• Proficiency in actuarial software (ideally Prophet) and MS Office (Excel, VBA, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and analytical/problem-solving skills.

• Support development and pricing of takaful products.
• Maintain pricing models and ensure pricing standards and financial integrity.
• Provide actuarial expertise to committees and support end-to-end product pricing implementations.
