Private Advertiser is seeking an exceptional Live Host to captivate audiences and become the storyteller of financial excellence in Malaysia. You will stream, host events, and collaborate with production teams to shape engaging broadcasts.

The role requires confident on-camera presence, bilingual communication (Malay/English), and storytelling skills. Hybrid work arrangement and a dynamic team culture are offered.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Stream and host online TV Channel
• Interact with viewers and keep the audience engaged during live stream events
• Work on the scripts and come up with ideas to improve our live streaming session
• Host our offline events and create a memorable experience
• Liaise with production crews and technical teams to assess or review the broadcast
• Interview guests in the studio, virtually and physically
• Keep the program running to schedule
• Following detailed instructions from the production team to keep everything to plan whilst on air
• Be our brand ambassador and provide video contents

REQUIREMENTS:

• Confident, personable and engaging, with a natural on-camera and on-mic presence
• Excellent communication skills and strong command of Malay and English
• Clear and engaging speaking voice
• Background in Broadcast, Radio, Television, Media Production or Communications
• Strong research, interviewing and storytelling skills
• Quick-thinking, adaptable and able to handle pressure and unexpected situations
• Creative, proactive and strong in problem-solving and decision-making
• Good memory and ability to work with scripts, facts and figures
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
• Strong multitasking and teamwork skills
• Responsible, reliable, punctual and committed to 1 PM-10 PM working hours
• Positive attitude and eager to learn
• Acting experience or interest in acting is a plus
