Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a design-focused professional environment.
• High level proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, fast turnaround design support for client teams and business partners, according to Bain and client brand standards.
• Support client teams and business partners to produce work that is timely and accurate.
• Advise on layout, design, and technical solutions with the goal of making the information and aesthetics simple, clear, and consistent.
• In-depth knowledge of presentation design toolkit (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, data visualization).
• Contribute to team success by quality-checking the work of less experienced colleagues.
