Job summary

Proquaz Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an enthusiastic early childhood educator with a Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education to join our team in Malaysia. You will deliver scheduled lessons, engage with children and parents, and help maintain a safe, clean centre for 3–12 year olds.

Fluency in English and Malay is required, along with experience with children. We offer EPF/SOCSO, OT pay, commissions, incentives, and opportunities for career growth and regular training.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Malay.
• Experience working with children.

Responsibilities

• Serve children and parents with a sincere smile and communicate effectively with CIC staff, customers, and suppliers.
• Carry out lesson plans throughout the day.
• Promote CIC programs to attract new customers and achieve student targets.
• Ensure children's safety while at the centre.
• Manage and control inventory stock.
• Prepare food according to the menu timetable.
• Maintain a neat and clean centre by coordinating with staff and cleaning duties.
