Job summary

Kidskool Seri Kembangan is seeking a dedicated early childhood educator to join our preschool team. The role focuses on creating engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans and maintaining a safe, nurturing classroom environment for toddlers and young children.

You will observe children’s progress, use positive discipline, and collaborate with parents and fellow teachers to tailor activities to each child’s needs. Experience in preschool settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Knowledge of child development theories, language acquisition principles, best practices in ECE.
• Ability to create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans.

• Knowledge of child development theories, best practices in early childhood education, and language acquisition principles.
• Ability to create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with parents, guardians, and other teachers.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining records and documentation.
