Nobel Early Years seeks a Preschool Class Teacher proficient in Mandarin to manage a classroom for children aged 4 to 6. Nobel Early Years is a preschool located in Damansara Jaya, Petaling Jaya, providing a nurturing early childhood experience for children aged 4 to 6. Our programme adopts the renowned FunGates System, combining structured learning with engaging activities and hands-on exploration. Through this approach, we help children develop essential 21st-century skills, including critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, communication, choice, and care. Our dedicated educators create a warm, supportive environment where each child receives individual attention, fostering confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
The preschool class teacher is responsible for the day-to-day management of a classroom and the academic, social and emotional development of students. The role involves creating a positive learning environment, delivering lessons, and providing guidance to ensure students meet their learning goals.
Planning and Delivering Lessons:
Prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Fungates curriculum.
Adjust teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
Incorporate technology and multimedia to enhance learning experiences.
Classroom Management:
Establish and maintain a positive, safe, and respectful classroom environment.
Set clear expectations for behavior and enforce rules consistently.
Manage time effectively to maximize learning opportunities.
Assessment and Evaluation:
Monitor students’ progress through class participation.
Provide regular feedback to students and parents on academic performance.
Student Development:
Foster emotional and social development by encouraging collaboration and positive relationships.
Provide individual support to students facing academic or personal challenges.
Act as a mentor and role model, instilling values of responsibility and respect.
Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain open communication with parents and guardians, updating them on student progress.
Collaborate with colleagues and the school leadership team on curriculum development and school initiatives.
Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions and parent-teacher conferences.
