Job Title: Preschool Centre Manager
Location: Johor Bahru
Reporting To: Company Management / Director
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Preschool Centre Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our preschool. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, demonstrate strong leadership, and ensure a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment for children, teachers, and families.
Oversee the daily operations of the preschool centre, ensuring compliance with licensing and safety regulations.
Manage and support a team of teachers and staff, including scheduling, supervision, and performance evaluation.
Ensure a warm, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children.
Lead curriculum planning and implementation in collaboration with teaching staff.
Handle parent communications, including addressing concerns, conducting parent meetings, scheduling visit and providing updates on centre activities.
Manage admissions, student enrollment, and maintain accurate records.
Monitor centre budget, expenses, and resource planning.
Organize and coordinate school events, staff meetings, and training sessions.
Act as a role model for professionalism, ethical behavior, and excellence in early childhood education.
Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Management, or related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in preschool teaching or management roles.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of child development, curriculum standards, and licensing requirements.
Experience in managing a preschool or childcare centre.
Familiarity with play-based, Montessori, or inquiry-based learning approaches.
Ability to handle administrative software and tools related to education management.
Fluency in English; multilingual ability is a plus.
