Qualifications

• 5 years of Mechanical & Electrical experience in data centre facilities.
• Elementary skills in AutoCAD drawing.
• Understanding of Data Center Standards like TIA 942 and Uptime Institute.

As a Pre-Sales Specialist, you will manage the technical aspects of the sales cycle by identifying customer requirements and aligning them with the company's solutions. You will clearly present offerings to persuade potential clients. The role involves designing Co-location solutions, requiring strong knowledge of Data Centre topology and technologies, with an advantage for those experienced in AutoCAD and M&E design. Success in this position relies on the ability to support sales teams technically and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The Work Life:

• Able to handle and produce technical proposals and tender-related submissions.
• Able to understand facilities setup of data centres and identify business opportunities.
• Understand customers' needs and develop data centre ecosystems that meet their requirements.
• Technical proposal writing for RFI/RFQ/RFP/Presentations to be provided to customers.
• Build and maintain good rapport and relationships with clients.
• Able to present technical solutions, understand customer technical pain points, and provide adequate solutions.

Requirements:

• 5 years of Mechanical & Electrical experience in data centre facilities.
• Possess strong sensibility for data centre technology.
• Possess at least elementary skills in AutoCAD drawing.
• Able to understand data centre M&E Single Line Diagrams and redundancy topology.
• Understanding of Data Center Standards, TIA 942, Uptime Institute, Tier Classification.
• Adaptable and self-motivated, with a can-do spirit, strong teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure in multicultural environments.
