Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Keep updated on industry standards, trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the IT sector.
2. Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their business challenges and objectives.
3. Collaborate with Sales and System Support teams to analyze customer needs and propose suitable customized solutions.
4. Manage multiple customer profiles to prepare and review proposals and create technical documentation for follow-up.
5. Collaborate with and educate internal and external parties to improve the quality of solution proposals.
6. Conduct solution demonstrations.
7. Perform any other projects assigned by Management from time to time.

Minimum Requirements

1. Diploma or degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
3. Proven experience in pre-sales or a technical role within the IT industry.
4. Familiarity with IT products and services, such as IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, POS Systems.
5. Previous experience in systems engineering or technical consulting; SQL knowledge is advantageous.
6. Excellent presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
8. Good command of written and spoken English and Malay.
