Job Description
  • Identify and upgrade potential Priority clients from existing Personal/Premium base of clients
  • Refer and up-sell an array of financial and related products to existing SCB Priority customers through telemarketing distribution and initiative (i.e. Wealth and Deposits)
  • Responsible in meeting individual quarterly KPIs
  • Foster good relationship with customers and provide high level of quality service in managing inquiries and needs and feedback during sales solicitation
  • Keep abreast of competitor’s activities and products
  • Handle customer issues that may arise during sales calls and provide workable resolution to avoid dissatisfaction or disputes
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as directed by management
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a high school certificate (SPM)
  • Experience in banking tele sales environment; exposure in retail banking branch setting is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to present clearly and persuasively
  • Enthusiastic, aggressive, self-motivated attitude with a desire to succeed and strive for best-in-class sales results
  • Able to work under pressure in a highly intense sales environment
