Job summary

Celestica is offering a Premium Engineering Internship for final-year students in Kulim, Malaysia, acting as a direct pipeline to full-time engineering roles. Interns will rotate through Manufacturing Equipment, Process, Test Manufacturing, Operations Integration, and Quality engineering areas while meeting academic requirements.

Selected interns may be considered for permanent absorption after graduation based on performance and headcount. Monthly allowance provided.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Engineering degree from an accredited university.
• Strong analytical, technical problem-solving and collaboration capabilities.
• Demonstrated ambition to transition into a full-time engineering career after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Performs hands-on engineering duties aligned with degree coursework under guidance.
• Progresses to autonomous project ownership as skills improve.
• Tackles high-complexity engineering tasks and cross-functional projects during the placement.
• Collaborates with supervisors, mentors, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Fulfills academic internship requisites while building a portfolio for a full-time role.
