Responsible for identifying and generating new project leads and sales opportunities through various channels and media in the Building and Construction industry.
Lead in sales negotiation, prepare and present sales proposals/quotations, and liaise with internal operation teams for smooth execution and delivery of orders.

Qualifications:
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the premium or luxury segment.
