We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Mont Kiara branch in the role of Premier Relationship Officer, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

Principal Responsibilities:

  1. Daily Sales administrative tasks
    • Organize and complete/check all sales application forms for submission, scanning and for SQ review.
    • Scan & file all completed sales application forms in the customer file for reviews, checks and follow-ups.
  2. Assist RM in replying to customer emails, banking transaction requests, and other requests from premier clients, e.g., request for bank statements, fee waivers, etc.
  3. Assist RM in handling/investigating customer complaints or other follow-up work.
  4. Assist RM in diary appointment management/lead generation by arranging customer appointments and helping to identify customers that have not been contacted quarterly.
  5. Remind/monitor RMs to act on their campaign call list and "event triggers" assigned by CVM.
  6. Assist RM with file reviews, CAMP, FCC calls, or monitoring to ensure proper follow-up for FCC-related items.
  7. Cross-sell
    • Refer customer needs to PRM.
    • Educate customers on digital banking.
  8. Serve as the main contact point for customers beside their RM, helping to fulfill client service needs face-to-face or over the phone.
  9. Ensure proactive updates of accurate customer information in the bank system.
  10. Temporarily hold resigned RM portfolios and fulfill their service needs.
