We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join us as a Premier Relationship Manager.

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value customers, emphasizing professionalism, customer focus, and a broad understanding of financial planning fundamentals to ensure business success.
  • Acquire, cross-sell, and retain Premier customers by collaborating with branch and direct teams to meet business performance targets as defined by IWPB.
  • Conduct full reviews of your portfolio to understand and address current and future financial needs.
  • Attract new customers to HSBC and upgrade existing customers to Premier, acting as a trusted adviser.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and foster customer loyalty by meeting their needs.
  • Identify non-qualifiers, attract business to reinstate eligibility, or facilitate transfers out of the portfolio based on customer needs.
  • Maintain high standards of service quality in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Manage your portfolio effectively, aligning with the Target Operating Model (TOM) as defined by Group.
  • Create an environment that maximizes branch performance and achieves IWPB business objectives while providing high-quality service.
  • Identify opportunities for wealth reviews and refer clients to appropriate wealth advisers.
  • Maximize portfolio growth and achieve IWPB plan/metrics, leading the Premier team to identify opportunities and meet customer needs efficiently, ensuring compliance with Group standards and regulations.
