We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our International Wealth and Premier Banking team in the role of Premier Relationship Director. This role involves working with colleagues to define, manage, and achieve divisional business targets.

Principal Responsibilities:
  1. The role is a client-facing position managing HSBC’s relationship with the Bank's highest value clients, typically the Top Tier Premier segment with >RM3Mil investible assets.

  2. Responsible for acquiring, developing, and retaining relationships with a portfolio of Top Tier Premier clients.

  3. Build trusting relationships with existing and potential clients, helping them articulate their needs and exceeding their expectations.

  4. Develop a deep understanding of clients’ personal and professional situations to better understand their financial goals and provide tailored financial advice.

  5. Regularly review the Top Tier portfolio to identify opportunities to leverage HSBC’s capabilities across lines of business and geographies for client benefit.

  6. Increase client loyalty by meeting their needs directly or through collaboration with internal partners.

  7. Understand and adhere to local and global compliance requirements.

  8. Ensure the portfolio’s performance aligns with the Wealth and Personal Banking Target Business Model (TBM) and delivers on the Top Tier Proposition as defined by HSBC Group.
