We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our International Wealth and Premier Banking team as a Premier Relationship Director. This role involves defining, managing, and achieving divisional business targets in collaboration with colleagues.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Manage HSBC’s relationships with the bank's highest value clients, typically those with >RM3 million investible assets, in a client-facing role.
  • Acquire, develop, and retain relationships with a portfolio of Top Tier Premier clients.
  • Build trusting relationships with existing and potential clients, helping them articulate their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Understand clients’ personal and professional circumstances to grasp their short- and long-term financial goals, using this understanding along with market knowledge to challenge and advise clients.
  • Regularly review the Top Tier portfolio to identify opportunities to leverage HSBC’s capabilities across lines of business and regions for client benefit.
  • Enhance client loyalty by meeting their needs directly or through collaboration with internal partners.
  • Comply with local and global regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure the portfolio’s performance aligns with the Wealth and Personal Banking Target Business Model (TBM) and delivers on the Top Tier Proposition as defined by HSBC Group.
