We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team as a Premier Relationship Banker, working with colleagues to define, manage, and achieve divisional business targets.

Principal Responsibilities:

  1. Manage, acquire, grow, and deepen Premier customers’ relationships through effective relationship management.
  2. Drive revenue and AUM growth through holistic financial planning.
  3. Ensure high-quality sales and services of HSBC retail products based on needs-based selling.
  4. Refer mortgage business to Mortgage Arranger (MA).
  5. Ensure best practices in wealth sales are referred to peers and other relevant teams.
  6. Ensure compliance with products, sales policies, procedures, and guidelines set by the Bank and relevant authorities at all times.

Requirements

  1. Experience in relationship management of High Net Worth clients is preferred.
  2. A recognized tertiary diploma or degree qualification.
  3. Relevant licenses in marketing wealth and investment products such as PCE, TBE, CEILLI, FIMM, IPPC are required.
  4. Evidence of a strong sales track record in insurance and investment products.
  5. Results-driven with a sales-oriented mindset.
  6. Highly skilled in influencing, networking, and portfolio management.
  7. Fluent in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage.

Due to urgent hiring needs, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no need for relocation will be prioritized.
