A recognized tertiary Diploma / Degree qualification.
Candidate with experience in relationship management of high-net-worth clients is preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Fluent in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Relevant licenses in marketing wealth and investment products such as PCE, TBE, CEILLI, FIMM, IPPC are required.
Evidence of a strong sales track record in insurance and investment products.
Sales-oriented, driven to produce results.
Highly skilled in influencing, networking, and portfolio management.
Manage, acquire, grow, and deepen relationships with Premier customers through effective relationship management.
Drive revenue and AUM growth through holistic financial planning.
Ensure high levels of sales and service of HSBC retail products based on needs-based selling.
Refer mortgage business to Mortgage Arranger (MA).
Promote best practices in wealth sales and refer to peers and others as appropriate.
Ensure compliance with products, sales policies, procedures, and guidelines set by the Bank and relevant authorities.
