We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our HSBC Amanah team in the role of Premier Financial Manager, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • To implement and manage account-planning activity (portfolio management) in order to meet all specified targets according to the Sales Plan.
  • To contribute towards the branch and PFS business profitability.
  • The job holder will also need to ensure that quarterly reviews are conducted on his/her portfolio of Premier customers with more than RM 1.5 million TRB.
  • The job holder must continuously retain and grow these customers by understanding their financial needs and level of satisfaction.
  • Having joint discussions with Line Managers to analyze the financial and economic market to develop a sales plan and strategy.
  • Work with Line Managers to plan daily/weekly/monthly sales activities as per the sales plan and strategy.
  • Consistently analyze/review customers' portfolio every quarter to continuously seek opportunities to offer customers solutions through a range of Wealth Management products.
  • Effectively manage all action plans for growing new relationships, retaining and deepening existing customer portfolios.
  • Ensure that up-to-date and accurate customer information and sales activities are entered and kept in the Bank's systems (e.g. HUB, CRMS, RIS etc.) at all times.
  • Constantly keep updated on all audit recommendations to ensure compliance with those relating to the acquisition of Premier Customers.
