We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) team as Premier Financial Consultant Managers. You will work with colleagues to define, manage, and achieve divisional business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all service and sales activities of the Premier Financial Consultant Relationship Managers to meet the Unit PE/FRP targets and contribute to the Premier Financial Consultants' scorecard, while coaching the Relationship Managers effectively.
  • Develop sales plans aligned with IWPB business goals and ensure effective execution of strategies to maximize revenue and achieve operational objectives.
  • Support the business by guiding Premier Financial Consultant Relationship Managers to identify potential customer needs in Wealth Insurance, FX, Global Accounts, and Time Deposits, with the aim of re-engaging clients at branches for further investment opportunities.
  • Ensure all account servicing requests, customer reviews (CSEM/CDD/RFI/Sanction/CSU), complaints management, and NPS scores meet high service quality standards through close monitoring and timely resolution.
  • Maintain operational integrity by managing the performance of the Relationship Managers and Financial Officers, fostering an environment that maximizes performance and delivers high-quality service.
