Job summary

JLL is seeking a Site PdM/Engineering Specialist to ensure asset reliability at the Bayan Lepas, Malaysia site. You will perform condition-based maintenance, vibration, infrared, and ultrasonic testing to monitor asset health and prevent downtime.

The role involves data trend analysis, reporting, and collaboration with the JLL Site Engineering team to optimize maintenance strategies. The successful candidate will contribute to continuous improvements in the maintenance program, ensure safety

Qualifications

• Experience executing condition-based maintenance (PdM) and vibration testing.
• Ability to collect, analyze and trend testing data for follow-up actions.
• Familiarity with PdM technology tools and asset health diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high asset reliability by applying condition-based maintenance techniques.
• Support JLL Site Engineering by monitoring system trends and equipment performance.
• Perform routine PdM testing (vibration, infrared, ultrasonic) to assess asset health.
• Collect, analyze, and trend testing data; advise on timely follow-up actions.
• Maintain PdM tools and assist in post-maintenance evaluations.
• Adhere to plant safety policies; identify unsafe conditions.
• Escort vendors for PdM troubleshooting and data entry into databases.
