Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a PdM-focused professional to perform routine predictive maintenance testing, primarily through vibration monitoring, with ancillary ultrasonic and infrared techniques. You will execute route-based tests, collect data, trend results, and report findings to optimize asset health.

You will support continuous improvement of the corrective maintenance program, advocate for condition-based PdM, and help troubleshoot assets using PdM tools while maintaining

Qualifications

• Perform routine PdM testing to diagnose asset health, focusing on vibration monitoring and also ultrasonic/ infrared monitoring.
• Execute route-based vibration testing and assessments; collect, analyze, and trend data for follow-up actions.
• Perform asset reliability data trending and provide reports.
• Support continuous development of the Corrective Maintenance program to be sustainable.
• Assess equipment maintenance strategies to move from time-based PM to condition-based PdM.

Responsibilities

• Support asset troubleshooting using PdM technology tools.
• Perform post-maintenance, return-to-service evaluations.
• Maintain PdM tools (IR Scanning, VA tools) with proper maintenance and calibration.
• Adhere to safety policies and proactively identify unsafe conditions.
• Assist with data collection and entry into relevant databases.
• Develop skills to apply PdM techniques (IR, UE).
