Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia, seeks a Maintenance PdM Engineer to perform routine predictive maintenance testing, primarily vibration monitoring, and to drive data-driven asset health decisions. You will analyze testing data, trend results, and support improvements to the PM and PdM programs, ensuring safe, reliable equipment operation on site.

Experience with predictive maintenance and condition-based monitoring.
Ability to collect, analyze and trend testing data to inform maintenance actions.
Strong focus on safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Perform routine PdM testing on equipment to diagnose asset health.
Execute route-based vibration testing and assessments; collect, analyze and trend data.
Perform asset reliability data trending and provide reports.
Support improvements to the Corrective Maintenance program to ensure effectiveness.
Proactively assess maintenance strategies to move from time-based to condition-based tasks.
Assist PdM troubleshooting using available PdM tools.
Perform post-maintenance, return-to-service evaluations.
Maintain PdM tools (IR Scanning, VA tools) and ensure calibration and testing.
Escort/coordinate with vendors for PdM troubleshooting and data entry.
