E XING PRECISION DESIGN SDN. BHD. in Butterworth, Penang, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Operator to join our team. The role focuses on wiring and assembly of precision engineering products, ensuring high quality and reliability on the production floor.

You will support engineering, manage tests and stock, and perform tasks with accuracy in a fast-paced team environment. A commitment to quality and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Manufacturing Operator or similar role.
• Knowledge of InCircuit Test is required.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination, dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform wiring and soldering tasks with precision.
• Assist Engineering department on the production floor.
• Maintain and test equipment and testers.
• Conduct stock checks and stock counts periodically.
• Complete tasks on time as assigned by Management.
• Keep the workplace clean and comply with housekeeping rules.
