Qualifications

• Experience with inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, CMM, height gauges, and comparators.
• Blueprint reading and geometric tolerances understood.

Responsibilities

• Perform final surface prep and deburr on finished machined parts.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Inspect surfaces with microscope and perform deburring and grinding as required to achieve defect-free finish.
• Operate ultrasonic cleaner and sand blast to ensure uniform surface finish.
• Maintain process flow and ensure products meet customer specifications.
