Responsibilities

• Perform daily QC inspections (Incoming, In-process, Outgoing)
• Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced
• Inspect according to instructions, methods, and drawings
• Collect and compile statistical quality data
• Propose improvements to the production process
• Determine causes of product defects and reworks
• Verify all equipment is calibrated correctly
• Keep measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements
