Job summary

Dynamic Mesh And Wire Industries Sdn Bhd in Kapar, Selangor is seeking a QA/QC Inspector to maintain product quality in a metal manufacturing environment. You will perform daily quality checks and in-process inspections to ensure products meet specified standards.

Responsibilities include recording results, assisting with incoming material inspection, and monitoring rejection rates. Rotation shifts and ISO 9001:2015 knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in mechanical or any engineering equivalent courses.
• Minimum 1 year experience in QA/QC Function (Inspection) in manufacturing metal industry.
• Familiar with QA/QC measurement tools; QC 7 tools is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.

Responsibilities

• Do quality checks on a daily basis to ensure that the products are being manufactured to the required standards.
• Perform in-process quality inspection according to quality plan.
• Ensure that operators perform in-process quality inspection and record the results in quality check sheet.
• Assist in incoming material quality inspection.
• Assist and ensure products loaded into container are free from any quality issues.
• Monitor product rejection rate and causes.
• Perform any other duties as and when required by the Management.
