Job summary

Gratitude Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to join our production team in Selangor. You will set up and operate extrusion and related equipment, monitor process parameters, and ensure products meet quality specifications.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of machine operation experience, basic measuring tool skills, and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. Shift work (morning & night) may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of machine operator experience.
• Experience with measuring tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with production procedures.
• Understanding health and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines (extruders, vacuum tanks, haul-off, cutters, printing) to start production.
• Control and adjust machine settings (speed, temperatures, pressures).
• Feed dry blend materials to extruder machines.
• Perform online inspection to ensure product conformance to specifications (OD, thickness, markings, length, colour).
• Pack finished products and maintain records hourly.
• Keep records of approved and defective units or final products.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping at the production station.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by production leaders / technical manager.
